- 90% of attendance required of the students in order to appear at any of the examination held in school.
- In case of leave of absence for more than three days due to sickness a letter of application along with the Medical certificate must be sent. For any leave of absence permission prior to the leave is a must.
- The leave application has to be counter signed by the person whose specimen signature is given on page of the school diary.
- Joining school after a short or long absence need permission of the Principal.
- Student, who is absent continuously for 15 days, without any information will be considered, as left the school and his/her name will be struck
off the roll.
- Re-admission can be granted after paying the re-admission charge and full dues.
- It is imperative for the study progress of each child that she/he be present in school every day. Her/his presence before and immediately after the regular holidays is urgently requested. Those who absent because of sickness must inform the school before the re-opening and present a medical certificate before they are admitted to class. Absence without leave for more than a week immediately before/ after a vacation renders the student liable for dismissal.
- Allleave application should bear the signature of the parents or in their absence of guardian. Failure to submit such an application for leave, will make the student liable tobe sent home.
- No. student should leave the school premises during the school hours without the written permission of the Principal which is granted on the written request of the parents.
